This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Marlen Kankhwende-Phiri who was born in Malawi on July 26, 1933 and passed away on March 6, 2017. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

83 beautiful years of courage and selflessness. A woman of great faith and unwavering trust in God. An uncanny ability to open her heart to the strangest of strangers and with a good sense of the future. Had been ready for this journey for quite a while. Indeed, life well spent, a race well ran, and now cometh rest!

Rest well Mom till we meet in God's Glory. You will forever remain in the memories of all your children and grandchildren.
